We have several policies with Stover State Farm Insurance in Elmhurst, Illinois, and today’s experience was such a great reminder of why we’re so happy to be with them.

I received a proactive call letting us know we’ll be saving money on our policies over the next year, which was wonderful news to hear! It’s not often you get a call from your insurance agency with good news like that.

I spoke with Becky, and she truly went above and beyond. She noticed I still had an open claim from an accident several months ago (the other driver was at fault and hasn’t yet covered our deductible). She offered to gather more information and provide me with an update. That level of attentiveness and care means so much.
