"State Farm’s representative Amber called to speak with me regarding my insurance needs. She took the time to compare what I have to what they had to offer. Amber explained everything in a professional and courteous manner. After reviewing both coverages I called her back - even though she was going to get back with me later and I told her that I would like to sign up with State Farm! Amber went through the process - again explaining everything thoroughly, and I just signed the documents and have my cards already. Excellent service! Thank you Amber!"

"I've had my homeowner's and auto policy's through Stolper State Farm insurance agency longer than I've had my husband and I've had him for 45 years! The people are fantastic to work with and they respond back to my questions quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them."

"I have had a horrible experience with this Agent and the office lately. My car was badly damaged by the State farm road side assistance (which I pay for). I was made aware by this Agent that I would have to take this up with the 3rd company (Agero) that State Farm contracts out to handle the road side assistance. This Agent advised me not to file a claim with State Farm because it will be denied immediatly. I also was never able to obtain a rental car (I pay for rental coverage) because this Agent’s office told me to talk to Agero & I don’t qualify cause I can’t file a State Farm claim. After repeted calls to this office I was told over and over that I cannot file a claim & Agero will handle it. I reported this Agent to the Illinois Department of Insurance. After an additional 3 weeks, corporate State Farms Claims contacted me and informed me I should have been able to file a claim with State Farm & I should have been able to obtain a rental. Brian’s office did not support us as customers. I received little to no communicarion from a qualified individual. Corportate was more helpful, however it is exactly 1 month later and I am still without my fixed car nor a rental- I am a working Mom of a 2 year old, this is not ok. I Will be switching insurace to American Family, so will my in laws and Parents who are all customers of Brian."

"Jessica, I’m very sorry for the challenges you’ve faced due to the damage caused by the tow truck driver’s mistake. As a parent of a young child, I understand how difficult this situation has been. Our agency’s role is to guide customers through the initial claims process based on the direction provided by our corporate claims team. After the damage occurred, we were instructed to have you work directly with the towing vendor, Agero, and advised not to file a claim against your policy. Our office must follow the guidance of our claims leadership. Once the corporate claims team became involved, they were in the best position to assist, and any changes in the handling of your claim from that point were beyond our agency’s control. We sincerely regret that you felt unsupported and appreciate your feedback. I have shared your concerns and the frustrations you expressed with our corporate office, along with the direction we were given in our initial contact with you. "I recently experienced an auto accident and reported it to my State Farm agent Brian Stolper Agency. I could not have been happier with the service. Mackenzie answered the phone and was absolutely wonderful. In a day I had the repair shop scheduled and my rental car arranged. My wife and I have worked with Brian and his agency for many years and they have been wonderful to work with. As a former Professor I know how important evaluations are, I give this State Farm agency my highest rating."
